2. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through our website, email, or phone.
Full payment or deposit (as specified at booking) must be made prior to service.
We accept secure online payments and bank transfers. We do not store card details.
Prices may vary depending on property size, condition, and specific requirements.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is available free of charge if arranged at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Access to Property
The client must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.
If access is not possible, the service may be charged in full.
Clients are responsible for securing valuables before cleaning.
5. Services & Limitations
Our technicians will perform cleaning tasks as agreed during booking.
We use eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible.
Certain services (e.g., deep stain removal, hazardous cleaning) may incur additional charges or may not be covered.
We cannot guarantee the removal of permanent stains or damage.
6. Liability
Brezee is insured for public liability.
We are not responsible for:
Normal wear and tear
Pre-existing damage
Items not disclosed during booking
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Health & Safety
Our staff follow strict health and safety guidelines.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.

We process personal data in line with the UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy

9. Changes to Terms
Brezee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised “Effective Date.”
